I am so excited that you have accessed and are curious about my website.
My name is Nicole and I have been in the Addictions field for the past 18 years. During this time I have worked with individuals who suffer from substance use disorder, and addiction-related issues and with family members who also suffer from the impacts of these addiction-related diseases. Through my work in this field, I have seen hundreds of individuals become better versions of themselves in long-term sobriety and have their families along for the journey. In this process, I have learned that suffering individuals crave the approval of their families and friend. When our loved ones are in active addiction their shame and deception keep them from being
vulnerable enough to ask for love, support and understanding. As a family, we can help. Yes, there is more than we can do besides waiting for our loved one to hit bottom. Every time they hit bottom so do we.
